Daily Operations (10:00 to 11:30 PST)

• Define Strike Teams and Resources used during an incident
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures for future activation
• Utilize Daily Logs and Messages for consistent notification and tracking
• Track Injury and Illness data when necessary

Incident Operations (12:30 to 2:00 PST)

• Establish a new incident and the associated operational period
• Deploy the correct personnel and assure proper tracking of their assignment
• Add incident messages
• Activate Standard Operating Procedures and track tasks to completion
• Assign resources to the incident, managing inventory in the process
• Establish Weather, Transportation, Safety, Medical, and Communication Plans
• Run standard software application reports
